Payment

Pets By Nature accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We are also happy to accept your personal check or money order.

Phone/Email Orders

If you would like to place your order by phone, please call (717) 379-6552 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. You may also email questions or orders to laura@petsbynature.com. Please note that merchant account processing security regulations do not allow us to accept credit card numbers via email. If you place an order by email, please include your phone number so that we may call you for credit card information.

Minimum Order

Frozen PBN Raw Blends are packaged in 2 pound, 3 pound, or 6 pound containers. All orders must be in multiples of 2 pounds. There is no minimum order amount. Note: We can prepare custom packaging for small dogs.

Returns/Refunds

Pets By Nature products are prepared to stringent standards and include only the freshest, healthiest ingredients. We will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price of any item if you are not satisfied. Returns must be approved in advance and be made within sixty days of the date purchased.
